These Terms govern your use of the Raaly mobile app.

By creating an account or using Raaly, you agree to these Terms.

Raaly helps people discover, organise, and join local activity-based group events such as running, walking, cycling, football, tennis, and padel.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that the information you provide remains accurate.

When you join a rally, your participation may be visible to other attendees.

If you can no longer attend, you should cancel your attendance before the rally begins whenever possible.

Raaly organises and facilitates local group activities through its platform. While we help bring people together, we do not supervise events in person or control the actions of participants.

You are responsible for your own decisions and safety while attending a rally.

You should:

• Use your own judgement.
• Follow local laws and venue rules.
• Respect other attendees.
• Leave any situation where you feel unsafe.
• Report inappropriate behaviour through Raaly where possible.

You must not use Raaly to:

• Harass or threaten others.
• Discriminate against other users.
• Share illegal or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Spam users.
• Interfere with Raaly's security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Raaly chats are intended to help attendees communicate about rallies.

You remain responsible for the content you post.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Rallies may occasionally be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

While Raaly aims to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that every event will proceed exactly as planned.

Raaly does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is suitable for you.

We strive to keep Raaly available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raaly is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or the actions of other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Raaly at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create safety, legal, or operational risks.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app where appropriate.
