Raaly is operated by Bezzie Tech Ltd ("Raaly", "we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Raaly mobile app.

We may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address.
• Profile information, such as your first name, gender, date of birth, city, interests, and profile photo.
• Raaly activity, such as rallies you join, cancel, or attend.
• Chat messages you send in rally group chats.
• Technical information, such as device type, app version, and basic usage data.
• Notification preferences, if enabled.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Show relevant rallies.
• Help you join rallies and interact with other attendees.
• Enable group chat for rallies you join.
• Display your profile photo or initials to other attendees.
• Improve app performance, safety, and reliability.
• Send service-related messages, such as login codes and important account updates.

Other Raaly users may see limited profile information when you join a rally or participate in a chat, including your first name, avatar, initials, and rally attendance status.

We do not publicly display your date of birth or email address.

Messages you send in rally chats are visible to other attendees of that rally. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chats.

If you upload a profile photo, it will be displayed as your avatar throughout the app. If you do not upload a photo, Raaly may display your initials instead.

We use trusted providers to operate Raaly, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime services.
• Email providers for authentication emails.
• Analytics or crash reporting providers, if added in the future.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide Raaly. Some information may be retained longer where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

Raaly is intended only for users who meet the minimum legal age required to use the service in their country.
