Delete your Raaly account

You can permanently delete your Raaly account and associated personal data at any time.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Raaly app

    Sign in with the account you want to delete.

  2. Go to Profile

    Open your profile from the main navigation.

  3. Tap Settings

    Open Settings from your profile.

  4. Select "Manage Account", then "Delete account"

    Choose Manage Account, then choose Delete account.

  5. Review the warning

    Read the confirmation message carefully before continuing.

  6. Confirm deletion

    Confirm to permanently delete your account.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile
  • Your email address
  • Your name and profile details
  • Your profile photo(s)
  • Your interests and preferences
  • Your rally attendance and connections within Raaly
  • Your notifications and other personal data linked to your account

What remains after deletion

To keep rallies usable for other people, some content is kept without your identity:

  • Chat messages you sent in rally group chats remain visible to other attendees of that rally. Your name is replaced with a generic “Deleted User” label.
  • References to your participation in past rallies may remain where necessary to preserve the integrity of shared rally history, but they no longer identify you.
